What you will do

  • Own customer Workforce Management Transformation Strategy and provide best practice guidance.
  • Design change strategies across people, process, and technology.
  • Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and guide Application Business Consultants.
  • Identify opportunities for additional engagements through renewals and business development.
  • Develop and deliver strategic recommendations and two-to-five-year evolution roadmaps for customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of business consulting experience in a contact center environment, specializing in Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous contact routing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead consulting projects for process improvement and ensure business readiness.
  • Strong experience in owning and managing executive stakeholder relationships and securing buy-in.
  • Ability to independently discover, identify, and create financial business cases with measurable improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, creating governance teams, and centers of excellence.
