What you will do

• Lead and manage the Infrastructure Engineering team, comprising SRE and DevOps engineers.
• Own and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee Kubernetes platforms and CI/CD tooling, enabling fast and reliable shipping.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business velocity and stability.
• Drive a culture of innovation, thorough research, and swift solution implementation within the team.

Requirements

• Experience leading an Infrastructure Engineering team or similar management role.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Proficiency in SRE and DevOps principles.
• Ability to drive a culture of reliability, scalability, and security.
• Experience partnering effectively with engineering and product leadership.
• Must be based in Poland.
• English: B2 level required.
