Location: Hybrid position based in Warsaw, requiring 4 days at the office and 1 day Work From Home.

What you will do

• Lead and scale a world-class Infrastructure organization, defining the vision for SRE and Platform Engineering.
• Overhaul internal Prod Ops processes to eliminate infrastructure-led incidents and establish high standards for change management.
• Manage the multi-million dollar cloud and infrastructure budget, leading vendor negotiations and driving architectural efficiency.
• Drive an "Infrastructure-as-a-Product" mindset, providing automated tools and self-service platforms for developers.
• Partner with the Security team to ensure infrastructure compliance, zero-trust architecture, and data residency requirements.
• Act as the primary advocate for infrastructure health at the executive level and the ultimate escalation point for global technical crises.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, or Cloud Operations, with a proven track record of successfully navigating a high-pace startup through the growth curve.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure for a high-scale platform with tens of millions of Monthly Active Users (MAU).
• Deep understanding of modern SRE principles and experience transitioning teams from traditional "Ops" to "Platform Engineering" models.
• Strong background in Cloud Economics and managing high-volume spend across multiple cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top-tier engineering talent.
• Experience with high-load, real-time data environments (streaming, gaming, or ad-tech).
• Fluent in English; ability to lead a diverse, global team.
