What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers located in Manila, Copenhagen, Warsaw and Kyiv in collaboration with other Engineering Managers.
• Contribute to team growth through hiring and onboarding.
• Develop your team through mentorship, coaching, feedback, and goal-setting.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to drive cross-team initiatives and support knowledge sharing across locations.
• Ensure engineering excellence within your area, including code quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant managerial experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and lead engineering teams.
• A solid grasp of agile methods, structures, and components.
• Experience with Platform Engineering or DevOps.
• A focused drive and motivation to build and sustain high-performing teams.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones.
