What you will do

• Lead and manage engineering teams located in Manila, Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Kyiv.
• Contribute to team growth through hiring and onboarding.
• Develop team members via mentorship, coaching, feedback, and goal-setting.
• Ensure focus on sprint commitments and longer-term team development.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders on cross-team initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure engineering excellence in code quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant managerial experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and lead engineering teams.
• Solid grasp of agile methods, structures, and components.
• Experience with Platform Engineering or DevOps.
• Focused drive and motivation to build and sustain high-performing teams.
• Experience promoting agile ways of working and continuous improvement within a team.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones.
• English: B2 required for communication and application.
