TL;DR
Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth by acquiring new customers in the UK and Benelux regions with an accent on outbound sales execution, competitive deal-making, and disciplined pipeline management. Focus on managing complex buying groups and competitive sales cycles, navigating RFIs and tenders, and providing market feedback to improve product positioning.
Location: Hybrid in Prague (minimum of 2-3 days a week from the office). Based in or willing to relocate to Prague, Czechia. Open to candidates from the UK and Benelux regions.
Salary: Development Budget: 800 EUR/year. Job-related Language Courses (English, German, Czech, Spanish etc.): 350 EUR/year.

What you will do
- Proactively build and manage your own outbound pipeline in the UK and Benelux regions.
- Lead product demos tailored to customer use cases and regulatory needs.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and contract close.
- Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and marketing teams to define target accounts and messaging.
- Provide structured feedback from the market to improve product positioning.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS and/or B2B software environment (3-5 years).
- Strong outbound sales and hunting mindset.
- Demonstrated success in winning new logos and closing competitive deals.
- Experience managing mid-market to enterprise sales cycles.
- Comfortable working with complex decision-making units and procurement processes.
- Native/Fluent English is ideal.
Nice to have
- Experience with RFIs, tenders, and structured buying processes.
- Dutch language skills are highly desirable.
