What you will do
- Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound call/walk-in to close.
- Conduct demos and develop customized solutions that best meet prospect needs.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities effectively.
- Understand the competitive landscape and strategically position hirify.global in the market.
Requirements
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
- Must be based in Frankfurt, Germany, as this is a field position requiring daily presence in your territory.
- General technical proficiency with software.
- Excellent communication and written skills in German.
Nice to have
- Experience with self-sourcing clients.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing or closing customers, restaurant operations, or a relatable field/industry.
