TL;DR

Field Account Executive (Sales): Prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new restaurateurs in a local area with an accent on developing customized solutions for business growth. Focus on managing the entire sales cycle from outbound to close and understanding the competitive landscape.

Location: Note that this role is based in Frankfurt, Germany, and requires daily presence in your territory.

What you will do

  • Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound call/walk-in to close.
  • Conduct demos and develop customized solutions that best meet prospect needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities effectively.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and strategically position hirify.global in the market.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
  • Must be based in Frankfurt, Germany, as this is a field position requiring daily presence in your territory.
  • General technical proficiency with software.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in German.

Nice to have

  • Experience with self-sourcing clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing or closing customers, restaurant operations, or a relatable field/industry.
