Location: Must be based in the Eastern US, specifically New York, Miami, or Atlanta, with 25-50% travel required.

Salary: $150,000-$210,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify prospective partners and build meaningful, revenue-generating relationships in public and private sectors.
  • Lead execution and strategy for full-cycle sales efforts across your territory.
  • Strategically navigate your market and build compelling, data-driven business cases for the platform.
  • Educate and consult prospective clients to develop regional transit plans and find funding mechanisms.
  • Champion hirify.global's mission and technology by leading local marketing, speaking at conferences, and providing thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of client facing experience with a record of achievement in Sales, Business Development, or Consulting.
  • Preference for candidates who have worked with the public sector.
  • Enjoy consultative sales processes and know how to use data to build a compelling narrative.
  • Intuitive communicator, able to strike the right tone and communicate persuasively.
  • Superb commercial intuition and exceptional judgment.
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality.
  • Excellent team player, individual contributor, and mentor.
  • Expertise in prospecting, cross-selling, and developing relationships with senior-level officials and executives.
  • Must be willing to travel 25-50% as needed.
