What you will do
- Owning and optimizing paid media budgets.
- Structuring and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Driving measurable impact on pipeline, CAC, ROAS and revenue.
- Continuously analyzing data and turning insights into performance improvements.
- Strengthening tracking, measurement and attribution in collaboration with Marketing Ops.
- Contributing to strengthening our organic visibility across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and emerging AI-driven search.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4), attribution frameworks and tools such as HubSpot.
- Understanding of how paid channels influence a B2B buying journey.
- Experience from international markets or globally operating companies.
- Knowledge about how AI-driven search, SEO and emerging tools are reshaping digital discoverability in B2B.
