What you will do

• Own the entire paid acquisition strategy, with an initial focus on Google Search.
• Research keywords, competitors, and customer pain points to build high-converting campaigns.
• Write ads, set up campaigns, manage daily budgets, and monitor performance.
• Optimize key pages for higher conversion and run A/B tests on copy, CTAs, and landing pages.
• Build dashboards to track CAC, CPL, ROI, and LTV from paid channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years running Google Search Ads for SaaS, PLG, or B2B products.
• Strong understanding of funnel math: CPL, CAC, ROI, payback, etc.
• Ability to write clear ad copy that converts (text + visuals).
• Experience using tools like GA4, PostHog, HubSpot, Looker Studio.
• Knowledge on how to brief landing pages or test new variants.
• Comfort working solo on paid growth from research to launch to report.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience running retargeting or worked with Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
• Experience working with chatbots or AI tools.
