What you will do
- Provide remote troubleshooting, identification, and analysis of problems.
- Act as a technical planner for troubleshooting tasks in coordination with the Global Marine Coordinator.
- Identify Field Service Engineer (FSE) skills, tools, spare parts, and equipment needed on board.
- Perform quality checks of reports and documentation of all performed service tasks.
- Work in a global planning and case handling tool (Microsoft CRM).
- Support claim handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marine (or comparable).
- Experience in the Marine industry.
- Proactive and customer-centric approach to remote support.
- Ability to maintain internal and external relationships professionally.
- Ability to provide feedback from troubleshooting cases and on-board visits.
- Fluency in English, as the job is performed in English.
