TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (E-commerce): Providing excellent customer experience and ensuring seamless transactions on the marketplace with an accent on resolving customer issues and driving customer satisfaction. Location: Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.

Salary: €1,045 - €1,181 a month

What you will do

  • Provide excellent customer experience via email, live chat, and social media.
  • Ensure a seamless transaction process throughout the marketplace.
  • Actively drive resolution of customer issues, resulting in customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and improve team’s Customer Support Metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvements and growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience providing support to clients/users via email, phone, live chat, bots, and social media.
  • Comfort and ability to support users in verbal and written English.
  • Sense of urgency and appreciation for clear and timely communication with users and teammates.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize as part of the team and deliver individually.
  • Ability to work by shifts based on business needs.
