What you will do
- Guide B2B e-commerce customers through various challenges (software, shipping, finance).
- Interact with customers via calls, chats, and tickets, ensuring professional and helpful service.
- Empower customers to become shipping experts.
- Spot patterns and suggest improvements for customer experience.
- Develop new skills in areas like process optimization, product knowledge, or QA.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English and French (speaking and writing).
- Curiosity, a growth mindset, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving energy.
- Ready to work full-time (40 hours/week), Mon-Fri, 8:45-17:30.
- Must be based in the Netherlands and work from the Eindhoven HQ (hybrid model, 2-3x a week).
