Location: This position is based in our HQ in Eindhoven (Hybrid work model: at least 2-3x a week at the office). You’re based in the Netherlands

Salary: €2,700–€3,000 gross/month

• Help B2B e-commerce customers navigate software, shipping logistics, and financial matters.
• Interact with customers across multiple channels (calls, chats, and tickets).
• Ensure every interaction is professional, helpful, and human.
• Spot patterns, suggest improvements, and help shape how we deliver world-class customer experiences.
• Grow, develop new skills, and explore areas like process optimization, product knowledge, or training and quality assurance.

Requirements

• You have full professional proficiency in English and French, in speaking and writing.
• Previous CS experience is a bonus.
• You’re a great communicator.
• You thrive on learning, take ownership of your mistakes, and love growing from them.
• You can think on your feet, juggle multiple things at once, and stay cool under pressure.
• You’re ready to jump in full-time for 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri start at 8:45 and wrap at 17:30).
