TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (HR Tech): Assisting customers with a Talent Management Suite by answering questions and resolving issues through various channels, with an accent on providing precise 1st line support and gathering product feedback. Focus on troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and contributing to internal knowledge bases.

Location: Flexibility to work from home in the Netherlands and from our beautiful canal-side office in Amsterdam or we can provide a remote way of working in Paris, Germany, Austria or Poland. Also remote from Amsterdam, Paris, Poznań, Berlin (Germany), Vienna (Austria). Candidates must have a valid EU visa or nationality.

Salary: €37,200 annually

What you will do

  • Provide friendly, precise 1st line support via ticketing system, video calls, and phone calls.
  • Care for Benelux customers on at least two product lines, resolving issues and answering questions.
  • Serve as an internal product referent, working closely with other customer-facing departments.
  • Work on side projects like the Help Center and Internal Knowledge Base.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to enhance the software.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer care/client-facing role.
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Strong technical skills and experience troubleshooting tech issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric, empathetic approach.
  • Team player and collaborative attitude, putting team success first.
  • Adaptable and eager to develop, receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Must have a valid EU visa or nationality.
