Location: Hybrid in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing for inbound and outbound global opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging, value-driven product demos for English and Spanish-speaking prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, understanding their pain points and technical needs.
  • Exceed monthly revenue quotas, manage a healthy pipeline, and structure deals.
  • Become a power user of the hirify.global platform, contextualizing demos for various industries and use-cases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share insights and influence go-to-market strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Comfortable selling to Mid-Market and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and AI-powered solutions.
  • Confident running interactive product demos, solving technical doubts and adapting solutions.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Must be based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational automation, chatbots, or customer experience platforms.
  • Background in digital or conversational marketing.
  • Familiarity with APIs, technical integrations, or building advanced demos.
