What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing for inbound and outbound global opportunities.
- Conduct engaging, value-driven product demos for English and Spanish-speaking prospects.
- Build strong relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, understanding their pain points and technical needs.
- Exceed monthly revenue quotas, manage a healthy pipeline, and structure deals.
- Become a power user of the hirify.global platform, contextualizing demos for various industries and use-cases.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share insights and influence go-to-market strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Comfortable selling to Mid-Market and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and AI-powered solutions.
- Confident running interactive product demos, solving technical doubts and adapting solutions.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Must be based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational automation, chatbots, or customer experience platforms.
- Background in digital or conversational marketing.
- Familiarity with APIs, technical integrations, or building advanced demos.
