What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and grow leading Service Partners in Spain and Italy.
- Develop joint business plans with partners, aligning goals and executing co-selling, referrals, and implementation initiatives.
- Lead collaborative marketing and sales efforts to bring innovative AI solutions to market.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) for seamless communication and goal alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities in Spanish & Italian markets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner acquisition, management, and channel sales within SaaS, contact center technologies, or Conversational AI.
- A proven track record of building and growing partnerships in Spain and Italy with an established network.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to craft and execute partnership plans.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, especially with C-level executives.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish, Italian, and English.
