Senior Partnerships Manager (AI): Leading the development of strategic partnerships and accelerating growth in Spain and Italy for a Conversational AI platform with an accent on identifying, recruiting, and growing leading service partners. Location: Hybrid (Madrid, Spain) or remote from Spain

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and grow leading Service Partners in Spain and Italy.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners, aligning goals and executing co-selling, referrals, and implementation initiatives.
  • Lead collaborative marketing and sales efforts to bring innovative AI solutions to market.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) for seamless communication and goal alignment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities in Spanish & Italian markets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner acquisition, management, and channel sales within SaaS, contact center technologies, or Conversational AI.
  • A proven track record of building and growing partnerships in Spain and Italy with an established network.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to craft and execute partnership plans.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, especially with C-level executives.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish, Italian, and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience helping SaaS startups grow in the Spanish and Italian market.
  • Understanding of partner operations and potential to support team development.
