What you will do
- Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on the value of the hirify.global platform.
- Introduce, educate, and onboard clients to become active users of hirify.globalPay.
- Help salons optimize their profiles and maximize revenue using hirify.global’s tools.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide tailored consultations based on their needs.
- Foster positive relationships through video calls, clearly communicating hirify.global's features and benefits.
- Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and share customer feedback.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of previous experience as an Account Manager.
- Ability to adapt and achieve targets.
- Experience using and analyzing data and reports effectively to improve performance.
- Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, capable of presenting to clients in Greek.
- Strong ability to build fruitful client relationships.
- Willingness to help the team when needed in a hyper-growth startup environment.
- Interest in working in the beauty sector.
Nice to have
- Fluency in English, Greek and Spanish.
- Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry.

Hiring process
- Screening Call: Video call with a member of the Talent team (30 minutes).
- Skills & Experience: In-person interview with the team leaders (45 minutes).
- Presentation: In-person interview with the Commercial Director, Head of Account Management (Europe), and Team Leader (75 minutes).
- Goal to complete the entire interview process and provide feedback within 2 weeks.
