What you will do
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets through the sale of booth products, sponsorships, advertisements, and integrated packages.
- Generate new business leads through customer relationship development, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop sales plans to grow customer accounts through cross-selling, up-selling, and offering integrated packages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business strategies and needs.
- Account manage newly acquired customers to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues.
- Own the on-site re-booking process for new and existing customers.
Requirements
- University Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a sales team and proven ability to deliver or overachieve on revenue targets.
- Written and spoken English and Thai are mandatory.
- Experience in managing multiple customers and maintaining high energy sales.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office including, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm, time management and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Some experience and interest in relevant industry sectors or brands.
- Experience in exhibition sales or related field will be advantage.
- Ability to identify and pursue cross and up selling opportunities.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, and proactively handle and respond to customer needs and objections.
