TL;DR

Location: Based in Ari Hills Building Office.

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets through the sale of booth products, sponsorships, advertisements, and integrated packages.
  • Generate new business leads through customer relationship development, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop sales plans to grow customer accounts through cross-selling, up-selling, and offering integrated packages.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business strategies and needs.
  • Account manage newly acquired customers to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues.
  • Own the on-site re-booking process for new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • University Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a sales team and proven ability to deliver or overachieve on revenue targets.
  • Written and spoken English and Thai are mandatory.
  • Experience in managing multiple customers and maintaining high energy sales.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office including, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm, time management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Some experience and interest in relevant industry sectors or brands.
  • Experience in exhibition sales or related field will be advantage.
  • Ability to identify and pursue cross and up selling opportunities.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively, and proactively handle and respond to customer needs and objections.
