What you will do

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives and propose tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Proactively address client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Lead contract negotiation processes and manage timely contract renewals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management with large, complex client accounts.
• Strong understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and client needs.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent negotiation skills for complex contract terms and win-win outcomes.
• Must be based in Thailand for hybrid work.
• English: B2 required.
