What you will do
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives and propose tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Proactively address client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Lead contract negotiation processes and manage timely contract renewals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management with large, complex client accounts.
- Strong understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and client needs.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent negotiation skills for complex contract terms and win-win outcomes.
- Must be based in Thailand for hybrid work.
- English: B2 required.
