What you will do

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to address client needs effectively.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
• Proactively address any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation.
• Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms and managing contract renewals.

Requirements

• Experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing large, complex client accounts.
• Strong understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and client needs within the assigned sector.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with both client objectives and company goals.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex contract negotiations and drive win-win outcomes.
