What you will do
- Drive growth for e-Sales products in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei through new customer acquisition.
- Manage the entire sales process for hirify.global Health Science Solutions, focusing on new business sales.
- Contribute to developing a country marketing plan for Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of market and competitor trends to recommend business actions.
- Support the Regional Manager in strategizing and executing future business growth in Thailand & Vietnam.
- Demonstrate product value and drive usage within the existing customer base to ensure retention and uplift in Thailand.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
- 5-8 years of experience in a sales, channel management, and/or business development role.
- Strong sales record selling solutions into medical & nursing education and/or hospital segments.
- Experience with managing agents/distributors and driving product usage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to appraise market situations and implement innovative approaches.
