What you will do
- Initiate contact with potential suppliers via phone, email, and messaging channels.
- Deliver compelling messages highlighting the value of partnering with hirify.global.
- Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
- Understand supplier goals and challenges through open-ended questions to close deals.
- Negotiate the best conditions for customers and value for suppliers.
- Maintain the integrity of information in the CRM system.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service in a B2B setting.
- Proficient in Business English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Thrive in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections.
- General business acumen and use data to prioritize actions.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Cantonese is a plus.
