Salary: $76,000 - $92,000 USD OTE (70% base salary, 30% variable compensation)

What you will do
- Handle inbound leads and set meetings with qualified prospects for Sales Directors and Account Executives.
- Define and iterate on the outbound sales strategy via various channels.
- Contribute to the growth and process definition of the Sales Development team.
- Develop expertise in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations.
Requirements
- Previous inbound or outbound sales or sales development experience (1+ years).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Master of efficiency, capable of managing a high volume.
- Values-oriented, sharing the company values.
- Must be based in Austin, TX and be in office 4 days a week.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-source software.
