TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own revenue growth, expansion strategy, and retention for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account growth plans aligned with commercial strategy.
  • Lead high-value new-logo pursuits aligned with the company's three-year strategic plan.
  • Drive wallet share expansion via cross-sell and upsell of the full services portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure long-term profitability and scalability.
  • Mentor Sales and Account Directors and represent the company at key industry forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Leadership, or Finance.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in sales or strategic account management within the energy and utilities sectors.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 50%.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing large, complex strategic accounts.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and senior leadership.
