TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own revenue growth, expansion strategy, and retention for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account growth plans aligned with commercial strategy.
  • Act as executive sponsor for assigned strategic accounts, building senior-level client relationships.
  • Lead high-value new-logo pursuits aligned with priority growth markets and strategic plans.
  • Drive organic growth within existing accounts and maintain strong customer retention.
  • Serve as a senior leader in the commercial organization, shaping sales strategy and providing mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Leadership, or Finance.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management within the energy, utilities, and clean energy sectors.
  • Must be willing and able to travel nationally up to 50%.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing large, complex strategic accounts over multiple years.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-value new-logo pursuits and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and influence at the C-suite level.
