TL;DR

Global Partnership Manager (GenAI / LLM): Developing and executing scalable AI ecosystem strategies for foundational models with an accent on establishing long-term business relationships and managing partner lifecycles. Focus on accelerating partner success with BytePlus AI solutions and achieving revenue targets in the international market.

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role requires flexibility to travel up to 50%. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners and engineering teams in Mandarin-speaking regions.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute scalable BytePlus AI ecosystem strategies for industry verticals or product specializations.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, professional business relationships with global and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate, build, and manage the entire lifecycle of partners in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Deploy customized partner enablement, programs, and go-to-market strategies to accelerate partner success.
  • Attain defined KPI targets for focus areas including revenue, partner opportunities, and success metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of full-time experience in Enterprise Sales or Strategic Partnerships within the technology sector (SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS).
  • AI native professional with hands-on experience and passion for AI transformation.
  • Proven track record of strategic account management and growing partnerships through upselling and relationship building.
  • Experience leading executive business plans and translating goals into impactful business plans.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is required for global collaboration, including leading and participating in meetings conducted in Chinese.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing partnerships with SaaS/PaaS companies, Digital Native ecosystems (gaming, social, web3, crypto), FMCG, Retail & eCommerce agencies/platforms.
  • Deep understanding of LLM, AIML, GenAI technologies and Cloud Infrastructure, or a technical background.
  • Experience doing business in both International and China markets.
