TL;DR

Growth Account Executive (Venture Capital): Owning and growing portfolios of existing customers by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring contract alignment with current pricing standards. Focus on understanding customer business plans, maximizing value from the hirify.global platform, and building deep relationships with decision-makers.

Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA, New York City, NY, or Seattle, WA.

Salary: $200,000 OTE in New York and San Francisco; $194,000 OTE in Seattle.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify growth areas and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Negotiate win-win renewal outcomes for customers and hirify.global.
  • Build deep relationships with decision-makers within customer accounts to enable them to be hirify.global advocates.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to drive expansion of current relationships.
  • Proactively offer advice on best practices and creative product solutions to maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting financial practices or financial software solutions in a quota carrying sales function.
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer account relationships.
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales targets on a month over month, and quarter over quarter basis.
  • Experience with building and maintaining a detailed and accurate pipeline of sales opportunities within a CRM tool.
  • Must have US employment authorization (hirify.global uses E-Verify in the United States).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working in venture capital or private equity space.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
