What you will do
- Manage a pod of at least 5 Account Executives, serving as a player-coach to train and develop reps.
- Scale the sales strategy for the AMER region and foster a high-energy work environment.
- Prioritize customer experience, monitor sales policies, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, opportunities, and prepare sales reports for senior management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, with 2+ years in sales management.
- Strong understanding of selling into SMB and Commercial segments (25-1000 FTE company size).
- Proven ability to motivate a team of high-performing reps.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must be located in San Diego and willing to come into HQ 2 days a week.
