TL;DR

Regional Director, Commercial Sales (AI): Managing and scaling a sales team for a converged AI workspace platform, focusing on improving sales processes, performance, and customer satisfaction in the AMER region. Focus on hands-on coaching, developing sales reps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and efficiency.

Location: Must be located in San Diego, United States and willing to come into hirify.global HQ 2 days a week.

Compensation: $230,000–$250,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a pod of at least 5 Account Executives, serving as a player-coach to train and develop reps.
  • Scale the sales strategy for the AMER region and foster a high-energy work environment.
  • Prioritize customer experience, monitor sales policies, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, opportunities, and prepare sales reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, with 2+ years in sales management.
  • Strong understanding of selling into SMB and Commercial segments (25-1000 FTE company size).
  • Proven ability to motivate a team of high-performing reps.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Must be located in San Diego and willing to come into hirify.global HQ 2 days a week.
