TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Director (RPO): Delivering best-in-class recruitment services to a global client, overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of RPO solutions with an accent on project execution, client interaction, and team leadership. Focus on ensuring quality assurance, applying staffing methodology, and identifying business development opportunities.
Location: Hybrid, requiring 3 days/week onsite at the client location in Northridge, CA. This role is restricted to the United States.
Salary: $120,000–$170,000

What you will do
- Create and execute project work plans, defining search requests and assigning individual responsibilities.
- Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and collaborate with the team to develop the best client approach.
- Effectively apply staffing methodology, enforce project standards, and anticipate/minimize project risks.
- Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management, escalating and resolving issues in a timely fashion.
- Manage day-to-day client interaction, setting expectations and effectively communicating to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions.
- Lead and motivate teams of recruiters, conducting performance evaluations and helping execute career development plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Ten years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience leading recruiting teams and a strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
- Understanding of recruiting metrics, reporting standards, and familiarity with SLA’s/SOW, revenue, pricing models, and P&L’s.
- Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Human Resource laws.
- Business development/sales background or orientation with a strong customer and results orientation.
