What you will do
- Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy aligned with Digital’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing to design and deliver targeted enablement programs, content, and training.
- Coordinate sales training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for continuous sales team development.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and track impact on sales performance.
- Provide ongoing support and resources, including tools and templates, to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the Sales team, providing guidance on methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
- Background in instructional design to build and enhance sales training programs.
- Experience in a fast-growing, scale-up environment, enabling sellers on complex, multi-product platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Domain experience in Human Resources or Talent Management.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
