What you will do

  • Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy aligned with hirify.global Digital’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing to design and deliver targeted enablement programs, content, and training.
  • Coordinate sales training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for continuous sales team development.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and track impact on sales performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources, including tools and templates, to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the Sales team, providing guidance on methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
  • Background in instructional design to build and enhance sales training programs.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, scale-up environment, enabling sellers on complex, multi-product platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Domain experience in Human Resources or Talent Management.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
