What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global business development strategy to expand hirify.global’s presence in Retail Media and Search Ads.
  • Identify, prioritize, and close new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across key segments.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders including retailers, advertisers, agencies, search platforms, and technology partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of individual contributors.
  • Collaborate closely with regional Sales, Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Drive revenue growth across Retail Media and Search Ads partnerships, contributing meaningfully to overall company targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving successful business development and revenue growth in AdTech, with strong experience in Retail Media and Search Ads ecosystems.
  • Deep expertise across DSP, SSP, CTV, DMP, CDP, and clean room technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making capabilities with clear examples of igniting, structuring, and closing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales leadership roles.
