TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Contributing to planning and coordination of marketing and sales initiatives supporting organizational objectives with an accent on market research, sales strategies and CRM systems. Focus on engaging with potential clients, handling inbound sales calls and inquiries, and cultivating strong customer relationships.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in USA - Riverwoods, IL. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: $63,200.00 - $108,200.00 USD

What you will do

  • Design and support the implementation of marketing programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align lead generation plans.
  • Develop pricing strategies to meet market demands and support the preparation of detailed sales proposals.
  • Actively engage in outreach to potential clients, handling inbound sales calls and inquiries.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct and analyze market research and understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools.
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Intermediate skills in analyzing sales data.
  • Aptitude in organizing tasks and managing time and enhanced problem-solving capabilities.
