What you will do

  • Act as BMC’s primary point of contact for the PwC partnership and establish the governance framework for the alliance.
  • Embed BMC technologies into PwC’s advisory, implementation, and managed services offerings.
  • Build and execute a comprehensive joint business plan with PwC, including revenue goals, co-selling motions, and demand-generation programs.
  • Educate and coach BMC’s direct sales teams on leveraging PwC to expand deal sizes and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Drive co-sell discipline, ensuring alignment on opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, and customer success.
  • Build, grow, and deliver a high-quality joint pipeline across named accounts and targeted industries.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, alliance management, or GSI/Big 4 consulting engagement leadership.
  • Proven success in building and scaling strategic alliances, ideally with a Big 4 or global services provider (e.g., PwC, Accenture, KPMG, EY, HCL, DXC, IBM, ATOS, Kyndryl, Cognizant).
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute joint business plans, influence partner sellers, and orchestrate multi-party pursuit teams.
  • Strong business acumen in pipeline development, forecasting, and competitive landscapes, combined with an understanding of advisory-led selling and co-selling motions.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • English: B2 required.

  • Experience embedding technology into partner service lines or developing partner-led service offerings.
