What you will do
- Oversee the hiring, development, and management of a sales team.
- Drive the development of sales strategies and establish sales training and incentive programs.
- Work with marketing to develop lead programs and establish channel and distribution strategies.
- Manage the overall sales process and develop pricing policies.
- Provide sales consultation to executive-level customers and partners.
- Develop relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a people management capacity.
- Must have experience selling to the C-level
- A highly consultative sales background with superb communication skills.
- Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships.
