What you will do

• Partner with the Marketing team to optimize customer engagement and customer acquisition.
• Prepare key metrics and reporting for hirify.global’s Senior Leadership Team through Weekly Business Reviews.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimize customer engagement through email and SMS channels.
• Monitor conversion funnel performance to identify opportunities and develop multi-touch attribution reporting.
• Develop reporting and monitoring to ensure compliance of marketing initiatives and communications.
• Combine and analyze structured and unstructured data to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or operations research.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Advanced experience in SQL.
• Experience using BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with Excel or other spreadsheet applications.

Nice to have

• Experience working with conversion funnel optimization and A/B testing.
• Programming experience with Python.
• Past experience in a high-growth startup or the financial services industry.
