Salary: $153,075 - $275,535

What you will do

• Manage and lead the thought leadership strategy based on data analysis.
• Explore datasets using Python and SQL to validate hypotheses and surface insights.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, market-facing narratives.
• Develop industry perspectives on credit, alternative data, ML, and regulatory trends.
• Create executive-ready content like reports, white papers, and presentations.
• Represent the company externally by presenting insights to clients and industry audiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, credit risk, product strategy, or financial services consulting.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) for exploratory analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets.
• Experience with data-driven decisioning, analytics, and the credit lifecycle.
• Experience interpreting model performance metrics (AUC, KS, lift, stability).
• United States work authorization is required.
