What you will do

• Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Architect and implement scalable, reusable Apex and LWC components and design patterns.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Drive automation across opportunity lifecycle, sales processes, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
• Lead technical projects across sprint cycles, providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a focus on Sales Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade code at scale.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.

Nice to have

• Salesforce CPQ: Configuring pricing rules, product bundles, and quote workflows.
• CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management): Integrating legal review and contract processes.
• Agentforce or Salesforce-native AI tools experience.
