What you will do
- Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Architect and implement scalable, reusable Apex and LWC components and design patterns.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Drive automation across opportunity lifecycle, sales processes, and approvals.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
- Lead technical projects across sprint cycles, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a focus on Sales Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code at scale.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
Nice to have
- Salesforce CPQ: Configuring pricing rules, product bundles, and quote workflows.
- CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management): Integrating legal review and contract processes.
- Agentforce or Salesforce-native AI tools experience.
