What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle including identifying and developing leads, client meetings, value propositions, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Conduct in-person and online demonstrations of hirify.global's solutions for restaurateurs.
- Focus on 100% net new business within your assigned sales territory, with weekly field presence.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Become an expert in the industry, hirify.global products, and restaurateurs' needs.
- Maintain accurate records within hirify.global’s CRM solution and process sales quotes and orders.
Requirements
- Proficiency with full lifecycle sales process management and experience prospecting new business.
- Intermediate experience in quota-carrying sales roles with closing experience.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales.
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM to manage pipeline.
- Professional poise and confidence when communicating with executives.
- Ability to work on the road within your sales region with reliable transportation.
- Bilingual: French and English required.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Experience selling in a SaaS environment.
- Prior experience as an Account Executive with a track record of in-person sales success.
- Prior experience working in or with restaurants.
