Location: In-person position in Montreal, QC office

What you will do

  • Conduct 75-100 outbound calls per day using a combination of phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize Outreach and other prospecting tools to implement a modern, strategic communication approach.
  • Analyze prospective companies' maintenance operations to provide tailored service recommendations.
  • Generate high-quality opportunities for account executives to drive new business and revenue.
  • Master the industrial maintenance industry and product features for a consultative sales approach.

Requirements

  • Trilingual proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (Hard requirement)
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and generating new revenue opportunities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional presentation.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cold calling and modern sales tech stacks like Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
  • Experience working within startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Background in CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
