What you will do
- Lead and grow key wholesale accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for key partners.
- Drive commercial performance by monitoring sell-through and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop new business opportunities and onboard new wholesale partners.
- Own negotiations and commercial terms in collaboration with E-Com and Marketing.
- Manage clearance and off-price sales, building assortments and negotiating deals.
- Ensure strong cross-functional execution by working closely with various departments.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior sales roles with full commercial ownership.
- Strong wholesale background is essential; retail experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to negotiate at a senior level and build relationships.
- Highly structured and comfortable managing complex, cross-market sales processes.
- Able to translate commercial insights into clear priorities and concrete actions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
