Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise Travel accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and strategic expansion opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewal processes.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline visibility.
  • Provide structured customer feedback and insights to internal teams to inform product and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing enterprise customers with complex contracts and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategic account planning with hands-on execution.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent).
  • Travel industry experience.
