Location: Portugal (remote). Ability to travel globally to attend customer visits in person.
Salary: up to €70,000 basic + 20-25% bonus + benefits

What you will do
- Form long-term partnerships with a portfolio of high-value customers
- Oversee customer onboarding and project delivery to drive early value realization
- Optimize platform adoption in collaboration with internal teams
- Provide consultative recommendations based on customer objectives and product knowledge
- Lead client projects through estimation and proposal processes
- Identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks using data and signals
Requirements
- Extensive experience driving customer outcomes and commercial value in B2B software as CSM, senior account manager, or solution consultant
- Experience owning commercial targets and navigating enterprise organizations with multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the travel industry
- High proficiency in data-driven decision-making, listening, and strategic communication
- Ability to collaborate globally and adapt communication styles
