What you will do

• Translate capability gaps and strategic priorities into learning programmes for Customer Teams.
• Define learning objectives, curricula, modalities and assessment approaches.
• Manage the planning, coordination and execution of assigned programmes for Customer Teams globally.
• Define and track success metrics for programmes, using data and feedback to iterate and improve.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person training sessions, facilitating engaging learning experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a Hospitality related industry.
• Experience in programme creation and management for learning or enablement.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Based in EMEA, with the ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones and remote/hybrid environments.
• Confident using modern collaboration and productivity tools.
