Focus on impact assessments for transformation programmes to identify key risks, dependencies, and readiness issues.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tues-Weds) in Leeds, West Yorkshire

hirify.global is recruiting a Head of Change to join a newly established Central Transformation Office for an enterprise business in Leeds.

What you will do

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide change management and organisational readiness strategy.
• Integrate best-practice change management frameworks.
• Work closely with senior business leaders and transformation sponsors.
• Act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of change management and organisational readiness.
• Design and deliver targeted training, communication plans, coaching, and resource tools.
• Own the change lens on Organisational Design.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of senior experience leading change management and organisational readiness.
• Proven track record of embedding enterprise-wide change across multiple business units.
• Professional Change Management accreditation (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
• Experience managing change across multi-site operations with large, diverse workforces.
• Understanding of 24/7 operational environments and shift-based workforce dynamics.
