hirify.global is recruiting a Head of Change to join a newly established Central Transformation Office for an enterprise business in Leeds.
What you will do
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide change management and organisational readiness strategy.
- Integrate best-practice change management frameworks.
- Work closely with senior business leaders and transformation sponsors.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of change management and organisational readiness.
- Design and deliver targeted training, communication plans, coaching, and resource tools.
- Own the change lens on Organisational Design.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of senior experience leading change management and organisational readiness.
- Proven track record of embedding enterprise-wide change across multiple business units.
- Professional Change Management accreditation (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
- Experience managing change across multi-site operations with large, diverse workforces.
- Understanding of 24/7 operational environments and shift-based workforce dynamics.
