What you will do
- Lead the design and facilitation of high-impact onboarding sessions for the EMEA region.
- Oversee program logistics, timelines, resources, and communications for a seamless participant experience.
- Identify, onboard, and coach internal subject matter experts and leadership speakers.
- Collaborate with global Onboarding Leads to maintain program consistency while adapting to regional needs.
- Define and track KPIs, utilizing data to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align onboarding with business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Program Management, or Sales experience specifically within the EMEA market.
- Proven track record of delivering dynamic presentations and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills for complex, cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and executive coaching.
- Highly organized, proactive, self-driven, and able to manage work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience using data and analytics tools to measure program ROI and sentiment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual facilitation tools.
- Experience navigating organizational shifts and scaling programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience at a SaaS, Cybersecurity, Networking, or Developer/AI company.
- Proficiency in additional EMEA languages (beyond English).
