What you will do
- Develop and execute a global enablement strategy aligned to company growth priorities.
- Lead partner enablement programs to scale the ecosystem.
- Own and evolve role-based learning journeys and certification programs.
- Lead the development and delivery of high-impact enablement programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on enablement strategy.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in GTM enablement, partner enablement, or sales effectiveness within enterprise SaaS or AI-driven technology companies.
- Proven track record building scalable, global enablement programs tied to measurable business impact.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience building partner certification and implementation readiness programs.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and operational skills.
