What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global enablement strategy aligned to company growth priorities.
  • Lead partner enablement programs to scale the ecosystem.
  • Own and evolve role-based learning journeys and certification programs.
  • Lead the development and delivery of high-impact enablement programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on enablement strategy.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in GTM enablement, partner enablement, or sales effectiveness within enterprise SaaS or AI-driven technology companies.
  • Proven track record building scalable, global enablement programs tied to measurable business impact.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building partner certification and implementation readiness programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and operational skills.
