TL;DR
Technical/Product Enablement Lead (AI): Bridging the gap between AI and Applications offerings and Sales teams, ensuring solutions are effectively communicated and demonstrated. With an accent on empowering Sales teams, enhancing product understanding, and driving successful customer engagements. Focus on translating complex technical concepts into compelling demos and POCs and building relationships with Product teams for early access and sales preparedness.
Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week. Some International travel may be required.

What you will do
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling demos and POCs that move deals forward.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Product teams to gain early access to new features and prepare sales teams for new capabilities.
- Lead the development and facilitation of high-impact workshops and enablement sessions for world-class demos, POCs, and showcasing product value.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align on product capabilities, differentiators, and positioning.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip GTM teams with the knowledge and skills necessary for technical wins.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AI and SaaS products, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and differentiators.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and engagingly.
- Demonstrated mastery in delivering impactful demos and POCs, with a focus on winning over technical champions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
Nice to have
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical presales or enablement role within an AI, data platform, or B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with pre-release software and release readiness.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, CVI, Challenger, Command of the Message).
