Director of GTM & AI Enablement (AI): Leading two crucial growth functions: internal Go-To-Market enablement and a robust partner ecosystem with an accent on strategic direction, cross-functional alignment, and ensuring consistent excellence across both internal and partner capabilities. Focus on embedding AI across GTM and partner operations to drive productivity, overseeing partner lifecycle from onboarding to performance, and championing data-driven enablement effectiveness.

Location: Remote within Germany, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, or United Kingdom. Temporary work from abroad up to 90 days is supported.

What you will do

  • Serve as senior leader for GTM Enablement and Partner Success, aligning with revenue goals.
  • Drive consistency in methodology, content, and standards between internal and partner enablement functions.
  • Lead, develop, and empower the functional leads of each team, fostering ownership and high performance.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of high-performance GTM enablement, including enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Lead the strategic embedding of AI across GTM and partner functions to increase productivity.
  • Oversee the full partner lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence and driving partner NPS and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Partner Success, Revenue Strategy, or Sales Leadership within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record leading both internal enablement and external partner programs concurrently.
  • Experience leading other leaders.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (preferably MEDDPICC) and partner ecosystem management.
  • Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, delivery quality standards, and customer adoption strategies.
  • Fluent in English.
