TL;DR

Sr. Director, Head of Sales Enablement (HR Technology): Designing, implementing, and optimizing programs to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of sales teams for HR technology products with an accent on aligning sales, product, and marketing strategies and messaging. Focus on scaling an early-stage enablement function, refining existing foundations, and building the next level of programs, processes, and tools.

Location: Remote (United States of America). Must be a resident of New York, Colorado, California, Washington, Hawaii, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts or Ohio.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales enablement strategy aligned with hirify.global Digital’s goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs, content, presentations, playbooks, and guides to equip sales representatives with necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for continuous development of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership, product management, and product marketing to ensure alignment of strategies, messaging, and collateral.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and track impact on sales performance.
  • Provide ongoing support, tools, templates, and resources to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
  • Background in instructional design to build and enhance sales training programs.
  • Experience enabling sellers on complex, multi-product HR tech platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Domain experience in the Human Resources or Talent Management niche.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, scale-up environment.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
