What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Manage daily team activities to drive customer engagement and pipeline generation.
- Implement and deliver accurate renewal and expansion forecasts to leadership.
- Ensure the team receives ongoing enablement in sales process, product knowledge, and opportunity management.
- Support direct reports in customer meetings and internal account discussions.
- Collaborate with internal resources to develop playbooks for account management and renewal scenarios.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Renewals Management, or Account Management.
- 2+ years of experience managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams in a high-growth technology company.
- Proven track record of leading and coaching teams to drive revenue growth and increase product adoption.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with expertise in prioritization and time management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with perseverance and a positive attitude.
