TL;DR

Senior Sales Development Representative (AI): Generating pipeline through high-performing outbound motions across various channels with an accent on developing deep mastery of hirify.global’s products, ICP, and value proposition. Focus on leveraging advanced automation systems and partnering closely with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline growth.

Location: Fully committed to working in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco headquarters.

Salary: $120,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Generate pipeline through high-performing outbound motions across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Develop deep mastery of hirify.global’s products, ICP, and value proposition.
  • Leverage advanced end-to-end automation systems for outbound.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to book qualified meetings, progress accounts, and accelerate pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Fully committed to working in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco headquarters.
  • 6-12+ months of recent experience exceeding outbound targets in B2B SaaS.
  • Ownership-first mindset, taking initiative and moving fast.
  • Ability to thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter.
  • Uphold a high-expectation culture centered on hard work, intensity, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tooling.
