TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists to conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts with an accent on presenting sales pitches and valuable data to potential prospects. Focus on identifying product improvements, modifications or changes that could enhance overall platform performance, and achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. Office attendance is required four days per week. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

What you will do
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
- Research and build accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling).
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
- Present sales pitches, product reports and other valuable data to potential prospects.
- Collect and track information that provides sales intelligence for our team in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify product improvements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a BDR, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Driven; ready to enter a fast-paced startup.
- Hungry to learn sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce.
- Self-sufficient with a strong internal sense of urgency; hard-working and humble.
- Thoughtful, with strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
- Excellent communication skills and persistent follow-through on commitments to our customers.
