What you will do
- Own a book of enterprise customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Drive revenue through renewals and expansion, managing a combined quota.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within accounts across new teams, use cases, and business units.
- Navigate layered customer organizations, working with engineering leaders, Tech and AI executives, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
- Deeply understand customer technical pain points, priorities, and roadmap to maximize adoption and value realization.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring their health and success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise sales, account management, or sales engineering experience.
- Experience owning client-facing relationships with technical audiences in enterprise settings.
- Demonstrated track record of driving renewals and expansion revenue.
- Technical acumen to understand complex technical problems and articulate how AI products address customer needs.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for building lasting partnerships.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tooling, developer tools, or infrastructure software.
- Background as a software engineer or sales engineer, or studied computer science.
- Successfully drove large expansion deals within complex enterprise accounts.
- Previously worked at a high-growth startup.
